What Is Virtual Personal Training?

Virtual Personal Training programs include one-on-one instruction with a dedicated personal trainer. Sessions are designed to mimic an in-person personal training experience, but with the comfort and convenience of remote connection.

Your Swamp Fitness trainer will guide, coach and encourage you during your virtual session, showing you exercises and demonstrating proper form while also providing any corrective feedback. Our virtual sessions are currently available through Zoom, Skype, or Whatsapp.
